How do we engage?
Discretionary
- Registration process
- Fees are exclusive of brokerage and other statutory charges & levies.
- Minimum Amount: Rs. 25 Lakhs
- New Bank Accounts
- New Demat Accounts
- Initial corpus can be in the form of Cash or Stocks.
- Investment Horizon : 18 to 24 months.
- Variable Performance Fee is based on the High Water-Mark concept
- Management Fees are calculated as percentage of the daily average AUM
- Taxation related issues are the sole responsibility of the client.
- Exit
- 2% exit load for early termination of services
- Withdrawal requires a notice of 15 days
- Excess funds may be withdrawn provided the minimum size of the portfolio is Rs. 25 Lakhs after withdrawal.
